Hint: All they showed was the part running the task master at unknown clock and power. Given that it was in AMD's interest to make the demo as impressive as possible, what does that tell you?

Crippled? Got a link to back that up?

You really need one? I'm sure you know that all they showed was task manager running at an unknown speed. Yes, it is possible that the device was 100% fully functional and running at 3.0GHz but AMD chose to only show task manager, however I think that chances of that are remote. Calling it crippled was my choice of terms and if you wish to believe it's full functional then who am I to argue?
