I bet they are very eager to buy even overpriced properties here, because their thinking and perception of reality is skewed by their own fear of and experience with hyperinflation in their own country.

Maybe the reason some of them came here in the first place was that hyperinflation in Brazil made them destitute and forced them to get out of the country.

In hyperinflation you either own something or you die or you get out.

If we ever get hyperinflation here, i bet those Brazilian immigrants will do ok, they know more about inflation and paper money than average J6P.
