Hans, more recent data says 2.4-2.5GHz, not 2.7-2.9GHz, for 120W.

Do you think that Rev A silicon is good for more than engineering samples?
If Rev B hasn’t taped out yet, do you think the commercial shipments of Rev B parts can happen before 2008?

hans, coming in at the end of this discussion, so I might be all wet, but TDP is never as high as VOLTS times AMPS. Icmax is peak instantaneous current, not peak average current.
