No more Tom and Jerry for you and Patibob, Ish. Of course, my Grandma, if she were still alive, could make you up a Tom and Jerry without the Tom. That's what she did for us kids. Once I ordered a Tom and Jerry in a Philadelphia bar and the bartender looked at me like I was some kind of weirdo. He had never heard of it.
