Re: "There is no divide and conquer...." But that statement doesn't even make any SENSE (unless you are giving up on the long-term conflict...) Sunnis and Shiites are ALREADY killing each other of --- hundreds of bodies show up in the rivers each day, (and that's not even counting the bombings or shootings that don't make it into the river.) Consult Sun Tsu, or Clausewitz, or Napoleon, or the basic syllabi at any of our military academies --- the tactic is as old as warfare and quite effective.
