I remember an email response from QCOM when TXN, Nok, and STM were getting together. It concerned the different scenarios written into the contracts preventing a company from bypassing QCOM and obtaining a license or a royalty deal through another licensed company. It was obvious that QCOM had spent many hours with experts covering these scenarios.
