Know why I still believe in John Kerry? I was there the first Earth Day when he started it. Then I met him in the 80's after he personally challenged and exposed Iran-Contra, the BCCI Bank and the Medillin Cartel. Then I saw him come from 30 points down and decimate Howard Dean.

But Kerry met his met his match in 2004 because he wasn't willing to play dirty or get into the mud pile with the pigs. Sadly, at that time the American voters were still a little too impressed with who can lie and cheat better. But I think that's changing.

Also I think Kerry was physically exhausted and felt beseiged. Cancer surgery in the middle of the campioagn didn't help. Nor did having to replace his whole campaign leadership in midstream. But he still raised 150 million bucks. No small task.

I love Obama as a politician, but not yet as a president. He is still the apprentice. Not the Jedi master yet. He has not finished his studies yet.
