Everyone gets another chance in America. Just look at Nixon. he actually retired from politics before he came back to win two terms. But you have to compete and sometimes wait for that second chance. A lot of it is the final cut of the candidates. If Gore and Obama aren't running, a lot of Dems aree going to compare Hillary vs. Kerry and come out grudgingly selecting Kerry. But it's going to be tough for John, and right now it's unpredictable. They're all waiting to see who jumps in first. All the big candidates thsat is. The small fry are already in.
