I had a sporadic. small position. I reshorted when Mike M(oron) practically begged me to make a fool out of him...for the SECOND time. It was a difficult stock to borrow when it was trading over 20.

UIS. Still a dog. It was luck and good instincts which resulted in my last short cover under 5. I agree that the stock is grossly overvalued here. The mysterious rise since the summer can be mostly attributed to buying by a single hedge fund (Millbrook). I don't know who these guys are, but they seem to have about the same degree of investing acumen as the twits who bought Evergreen (formerly KFX).

Millbrook thinks it can squeeze value out of UIS by being an activist shareholder.

Suggestion: start out by making Joe "Stinky" McGrath get a new haircut.

You could short it here and I am certain that you'll *eventually* make money. The only question is: will they be able to hype the stock a bit higher? I don't forsee a major squeeze, as the float is huge and the short position relatively small (though increasing, as I'm sure that the smart money came to the same conclusion I did about the stooges at Millbrook).
