Pink Sheets has implemented a new policy for issuers of newly traded securities regarding the disclosure of adequate current information to the investing public. That is correct and I think Pink sheets is doing a great job at forcing companies to disclose. As far as I am concerned if a company's quotes are blocked by PINK sheets it is a red flag to the investment community! That doesn't mean someone couldn't trade the shares and walk away with a profit, It just means buyer beware. IMHO good luck
