Reuters headline: "Bush to announce new Iraq strategy in new year" No hurry, really. It's not like it's a life-or-death situation, right? However, is this a "new, new strategy" that replaces all the failed strategies from all previous years?! Or does it build on the "success" of the older (failed) strategies?!
