Very interesting. Did you notice the following bit of information concerning New York?... "Nearly 300 women have sought help so far this year from Oslo's emergency clinic handling rape victims. That's a higher per capita rate than New York" Is New York some sort of a rape benchmark?

A follow up to the previous rape post.. The rape bit was dated -- 2005 -- however the recommended follow-up link is an interesting read.
