Foundation, this article is below the thread standards. This guy doesn't know what he is talking about. The US prospered under Bretton Woods and Americans and the English know that you don't fight a war against people who has money, you join them in a community of interest to the detriment of the rest out of that community. Like the Bretton Woods gentlemen's club. And it wasn't referred as Red Menace. Tt was the yellow peril.
