I didn't see that.

The "bad" call was because clock speeds of 65 nm are lower than 90 nm. Therefor 65 nm parts will not bring in high ASP's.

the disappointing shrink factor was not declared a sign of "bad process", but an indication that supply would not increase to the level normally expected from a shrink. Nor would the shrink bring in the hoped for economic benefit (from lower cost, same ASP).
