As we speak we are paying more and getting less for our money. Go fill up the tank of your SUV and tell me that the seller is concerned about whether you can afford to drive it. We will send more dollars abroad and receive less in return for them -- as the current account deficit closes in on $1 trillion per year I am surprised to have to explain this to you.
