<USD should be largely fine..it's called super power premium.>

Ah, basking in the glory of days gone by -- who can blame you? But we are a super power no more. The days of the super power are over. We learned that the hard way by invading Iraq. As for being 25% of the global economy, all the growth is outside the US and that is where the smart money is going. If you look at who holds the wealth in America, they are not banking on the US consumer for their future -- far from it. If you look at the Fortune 500, their future lies beyond our borders and you will be hard pressed to find a single one that does not know it.

The super power premium? Ah, wouldn't it be wonderful if years from now we could print a dollar with the word "superpower" on it -- the glory days -- such a shame to see them go.

The issue is not whether the dollar will fall - the only issue is how far and how fast.
