No, Bush specifically said on tape that he saw the first plane going into the building on TV before he went into the classroom session, that was well before the second plane hit. And the first hit was never shown on TV until 24 hours later.

SO Bush is lying. The question is why? That is a very troubling question to answer. Either he's totally deluded or something much worse.
