Thanks .. I've always liked banana bread. I was talking about making some about 3 days ago. I'll have Anne look that over and see if it matches her recipe. The best banana bread I've ever had was either in Napanee, IN in Mennonite / Amish Area .. or .. some little podunk town in WI near the border of Minnesota. They had signs up for miles and miles. I have still not decided which place was the best.
