But then again, I have to question the same things as you...why would a poster who claims to have no interest and no position in a company, habitually post false and misleading information? Furthermore, it appears as if this poster is actually 'following' specific people to the stocks they post about and is now posting on boards he never posted on before and is posting very negative posts that contain false and/or misleading information, many times trying to 'spin it' as factual, when it is not. So, I must question the agenda of a poster who posts in this fashion. Why all of a sudden is he posting on boards he never posted on before and only boards that 'certain people' he seems to have issues with, post on? I do not see him posting on any boards that do not have these 'people'. For some reason, he seems intent on, and far more interested in 'following specific people' to all boards they post on in which he is not banned from posting, and then posts his negative junk in an effort to antagonize 'certain people', rather then actually trying to discuss the stock in a legit manner. Anyway, this is my opinion, based on what I am currently seeing and it seems odd that the admin does not see what appears to be very obvious. The 'wording' of his posts may not breach the TOS, but what about his 'actions'? If it is clear and obvious he is actually following members of the site around to boards he never posts on and is antagonizing these members, would those actions not violate the TOS? Members of the site should be protected by the TOS, imo. I cant think of any members that sign up with pay or freebie accounts, sign up so other members can follow them and harass them and imo, if this occurs, the admin should step in when they see this is occuring and it sure does appear that a certain member is now doing just that. You asked for others opinions on this subject and this is my opinion. Also, what happens to moderated message boards when the moderator is no longer here? Can the admin delete the boards or assign another moderator? There are alot of MODERATED boards in which the moderators are no place to be found, and many of these boards are currently being abused with nobody 'watching over them'.
