Seminole, I'm calling you out as a smear jockey. You have no idea what you're talking about regarding Kerry. He has done a tremendous amount of good for our country and will continue to.
He has also put himself second to his causes and risked his life to take on many powerful villains.

I too went to a fancy prep schoool and Ivy League college so I know exactly what kind of guy Kerry is, and Bush is. Bush is the silver spoon kid, the obnoxious and arrogant one who feels entitled to everything without working for it. Kerry is the one with intelligence but no money who has to work hard and earn his way up through the ranks. Kerry is also the one who volunteered for combat which almost no preppies do anymore. And once in combat he proved himself a selfless hero, often risking his life for others. Then back home, he risked his life again taking on Nixon and his horrendous war machine.

As prosecutor, congressmen and senator, Kerry took on very dangerous and powerful special interests. He brought down the BCCI Bank, helped expose Iran-contra, Noriega and end the Medellin Cartel. He also put a major Irish mobster in prison in Boston, all causes which could have gotten him killed. And now he means to take on the big oil crooks, which have become the most corrupt, dangerous and omnipotent special interest on the planet.

You show me one other political leader who has dared to put himself is as much danger to take on powerful villains. You won't find one. And all this when Kerry could have had a very comfortable posh life as a banker or corporate lawyer. He has never been about money, but he does care about serving his country and rooting out corruption and evils. He has proven that.

If elected, Kerry would make critics like you look like idiots. I don't know what your agenda is, but you're smearing a great man, an honest man and a very courageous one who has only begun to fight. We would all be very fortunate to have Kerry as our president. And it is a national tragedy that Bushies were able to defeat Kerry with their variety of dirty tricks, smears and dishonest propaganda campaigns.
