I think you are right except the EPS won't be 10% lower, rather it will not change if the number of shares issued does not change, right? I have held shares here for some time now hoping for something big to happen, like a dividend, but am not sure at all what to think about this. They claim to have almost $10 billion sitting there in tailings. They can see it. They can recover it cheap, but they can't actually "pay" a dividend.
