450 is probably the line in the sand, and over 500 is bullish. over all however, gold has been strong priced in euros.

i agree, gold/pound is not impressive. however pound/us dollar is a runaway train. i think the pound is in for a shocker next year, but that's just a hunch. one might assume the gold/pound price would change as well in such an environment.
