OMNI has had 3 consecutive Qs of better revenues & 4 consecutive Qs of better earnings. The EE for 2006 are around $0.90/shr vs. $0.04/shr in 2005 & a loss of $0.67/shr in 2004 <g>

But it trades at more than 15xBV & has a significant LTD. The insiders reportedly hold more than 40% & the float is less than 9M. It has +CF around $0.40/shr

The stock traded today above its Dec.8 H of 11.45 but closed below that level.<g>

It needs to close above its Jul H of 12.60 in order to make another 7 Yrs. H

Its Jul.1998 H at the $63 level is a little far away at present.<g>
