I hope the SEC gets rid of all of those type of things, but the point I'm making is that the filing of a Regdex does not necessarily mean that you have the information as to how many shares are sold and the price.

The point I made about the S-8 was that it was unlikely that the shares are all sold at this point. It is supposedly as part of a defined plan and would take time, and not necessarily add to the float immediately.

Not defending any of this, just making sure there is some clarity.

This from the most recent 10 says they are granted and exercised at market, not offered at a discount.

This has been their method to finance operations for the longest, all you have to do is read the 10's to realize they aren't entering any toxic pipes.

The increase in these issuances is indicative of the increased pace of business.

I would expect to see this practice cease in '07 due to cash flow from operations, eg Ford and GM.

During the nine month period ending August 31, 2006, the Company registered an additional 120,000,000 shares of common stock under this plan. During this same nine month period, 100,847,000 options were exercised under this plan at an average price of $0.027 per share for $2,683,616 of consulting and advisory services (of which 500,000 were to a director and 5,765,750 were to related parties). The options were valued at the market price on the date of grant. These options were exercised immediately upon grant, and therefore the Company deemed that no additional value should be assigned to the options. As of August 31, 2006, there were 21,903,000 options available to be issued under the plan.
