you: Because 45nm won't follow "so soon", of course. me: Of course AMD will continue to lag INTC by a year+ in process development. My oh my do you have a short memory. Remember when AMD couldn't design processors? How about when INTC had 90% of the market? How about when AMD had virtually zero server market share? How about when AMD couldn't get anyone to produce chipsets for its processors? Yet, despite all these things having been overcome you still cling to the delusion that for some reason AMD can't compete or better INTC in time to the next process. Sounds like you need a new pair of glasses my myopic friend.
