I don't think ency will go much lower right now. No reason to without a decision.

Don't worry about what you say to me. I don't mind. I'm frustrated by their lack of transparency and passing on very reasonable questions. Maybe Givens gets vindicated later but for 2006 he and ency were dreadful.
