No, I'm not aware of one. I imagine Dines maintains one, but I don't have a subscription. I suppose a Yahoo portfolio could be created to act as an index. What are the criteria?

Toll Cross produce an index of their own - they call it the TCS (probably stands for Toll Cross Securities) Junior Uranium Index. I don't think it's shown on their website. You may need to receive their weekly uranium update to see this.
