Good point, but if you think it would be a good investment without the competing industries being subsidized, the best way to find out is to end those subsidies.

And you have other issues.

Yes there are all sorts of other issues, I was responding just to the Return on Investment issue. The other issues could be used to try to justify a large dollar cost, but they wouldn't make the dollar cost disappear.
