Within your posting -- I believe in the final paragraph, is a succinct outline of the legal justification for the use of lethal force accepted by most US courts. Interesting.

Doubt if it will go anywhere as he can say his quotes were taken out of context. It is that dreaded language that really means nothing but sounds like everything.
