I was wondering why on the old calls GPC kept stressing reimbursement for past develop and participate in future development.

Do you think SPPI really has a chance to nullify the agreement? I keep trying to like Spectrum but each time I hear their calls I don't get a good feeling for management. I like the potential of an oral platinum drug but think Pharmion may be the safest way to play (just wish they didn't give GPC such a high royalty).
