The Anandtech die size stat of 147 mm^2 was wrong, apparently, and the wording has been changed to this:

Die size and TDP have both gone down (we're waiting for confirmation from AMD on the exact die size, but TDP is down to 65W) across the line.

Doug was right: Brisbane confirmed at 126 mm^2.

Die size and TDP have both gone down to 126 mm^2 and 65W across the line.
