Monday is Wilcher's deadline to turn herself in to the BOP.

Meanwhile she is appealing her conviction. Back on Nov. 16, her public defender attorneys filed to appeal.

I didn't know public defenders had so much time on their hands.

Part of her effort to appeal is a motion to unseal jurors' notes. Prosecutor's response:
The United States of America, by and through its undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, requests that the Court deny the defendant’s Motion to Unseal Jury Notes of April 14, 2006, docket #226, for appeal or for any other purpose. FRE 606(b) precludes the use of notes, testimony, or evidence of any statements to impeach a verdict; moreover, there is no evidence that extraneous prejudicial information was improperly brought to the jury’s attention or that any outside influence was brought to improperly bear upon any juror.
