Uhmmmm, rather than ask in ambiguities, why don't you spell out exactly what you are asking? What "segments" don't agree with "other segments", and on which issues? Low education and low income sounds like the US black population. What exactly are you asking? From what I can tell the black population has made tremedous strides in the past 50 years in terms of education, health care, economics, equal rights, you name it. What ambiguities? Blue states vs Red states; liberal vs conservative; Dem vs GOP et al. And what ideology or religion of these mysterious segments are you talking about? Any "segment" that has an ideology or religion that tells them not to progress with the rest of society is, of course, gonna get left behind. Please......you're in Dubai, not Mars......you are not that far out of the loop.
