Numbers of shareholders are typically wrong in this area of the market. Ameritrade is considered 1 shareholder even though there may be many 100's of beneficial owners.

This is also why pink sheet companies don't have to report, despite claims to the contrary from many bashers.

I'm not defending this but this is the way the SEC has been interpreting these things.
