Thats not the problem dude. It cost 100 dollars to incorporate in California. If you hide behind the corporate veil and just keep changing the corporation (name and officers) every 2 years. I was shocked when some dude told me that's how to avoid all kinds of stuff. Work Comp (on average 4.2 percent of wages in California) especially...(think about all the taxes (FICA .0751) and unemployment insurance (6 percent) crap a business has to pay then consider the possibilities.)
