Slightly higher costs, and slightly lower company profits... as more money goes to employees. Like the good old days before we had almost unlimited illegal immigration.

As to jobs being eliminated, I doubt very much that it would equal the 10-20 million illegals currently in the country.

Hate to see the well off folks pay a little extra for stuff, but it would be nice to see the working poor have a little disposable income.

And raising the minimum wage sounds like an easier way to achieve about the same thing

Raising the minimum wage would put some low skilled people out of work (or make them work off the books). The effect would be small and hard to notice with a small increase but so would any positive effect.
