How are they going to continue. A/s 500M...O/s 445M?

Reverse split or increase in A/S...you didnt mention either. Do you know what you speak of?

This is a start up company that financed itself thru share issuance in the past couple of years. They are about to turn the corner. Acquisition of KSI will give cash flow to sustain daily operations and eliminate need for any S-8's. Cash flow from contracts that are finally getting underway as well.

With the S-8 shares stopped, and these shares not sold on market. The selling in ACHI will dry up over night, and ACHI pps will easily move up. Look at chart, even during last 2 years, they stop selling , and pps explodes upward. It has met selling from S-8's at high points, but when S-8's are no longer needed. This price will move up quickly and stay up.

Not to mention anyone caught short in ACHI.

Dont get me wrong, i am fed up with this situation. My prediction. Barring increase in A/S, december 2006 pps for ACHI will be the lowest pps that ACHI will ever see again.
