That A/S is new....900M Company will not respond to me. Whomever has spoken with them before, please call about the number of authorized shares. If they did this, ACHI is Fu%%in screwed... In May 2004, the Company’s board of directors elected to increase the authorized capital of the Company from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 500,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock. All shares have equal voting rights, are non-assessable and have one vote per share. Voting rights are not cumulative and, therefore, the holders of more than 50% of the common stock could, if they choose to do so, elect all of the directors of the Company.
