Carter debate Alan Dershowitz??? Perhaps Ted Kennedy or Fidel Castro would be debating on a level playing field to challenge Carter's keen intellect -- assuming Castro is not dead as I write.

A debate with Jimmy would make a farcical Mad TV skit at best.

The democrats must be thankful that someone had the good sense to pull the old fool from any mental confrontation in public -- wouldn't want him to noticeably soiled his Depends in on stage.
