rruff... my reading comprehension is just fine thanks..but thanks for your concern here! I have clearly stated that any alias-by-anonymous MB poster's posts made on a public message board is considered the opinion of the poster not Fact! that is the only facts here! Message 23100629 ACHI has clearly issued millions and millions of S8 shares over the last 36 month illustrated by the SEC filings and S8 registrations. If you are of the belief they have not issued them that is OK but you still didn't answer my question on why they increased the AS from 500 million to 900 million if they don't intend to issue them and more? The fact that they have raised the AS on December 12th without notification to the share holder is proof that they have issued there shares. They had no more room to register and issue shares with out raising the AS... Maybe why you seem so upset and defensive is because you have been a strong supporter of this stock and you don't like to see someone expose it for being a diluting ATM cash cow taking the money right out of the share holders pockets?
