inflation is everywhere a monetary phenomenon

it may be true that abc and xyz are more expensive because they are def or 123, but, a good part of the ability to pay for such is, at the end of enough days, due to inflation of some payment from somebody to somebody else so that the said somebody else can pay for abc and xyz

it is hard to measure the effect given fractional reserve banking system premised on a faith-based currency that is designed to hold value only from mement to moment, with inflation weaved into its chromo-lattice

as to oil price being manipulated, yes, that is true, but no more true than that the price of money is being manipulated

the oil price manipulation, which you oppose, is in part to offset the money manipulation, which you do not admit to
