Despite your protests to the contrary, you did state that they company had already issued the 30 million shares. HERE ARE YOUR EXACT WORDS: 1) Here is what you said.see [ACHI] recently issued some 30 million of S8 stock. Message 23093994 You clearly stated, as a fact, that they issued the 30 million shares, and, when challenged, YOU COULD NOT BACK THAT UP. I'd ask anyone to read your post and come up with a contrary interpretation of your post. I have asked you over and over if you had evidence that they actually issued the stock. You have not provided it. Again, I'm not disputing past dilution. I have over and over stated that this is the cause of the current low share price. The real issue for readers here is whether or not it will continue and whether the current share price presents an opportunity in the event that dilution stops. I've been consistent in posting that I would not recommend a stock unless it acknowledges its capital structure trend and advises of its intent. A stock can be traded successfully, but to be a long term hold, I believe it has to be "shareholder friendly," and I often post about that. You, merely criticize. You are not objective. You want others to take your statement that is wrong about 30 million shares ACTUALLY being issued, to be taken as opinion. Yet, you attack other posters for merely stating an opinion as to price. This is hypocritical in my opinion. You bearish opinion does not bother me. In fact, I often take poorly written bearish attacks as a positive. I'm specifically not recommending this stock at this point, so don't put words in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend it until it is clear that the dilution and selling of shares has stopped. One thing to keep in mind, which you miss is that share sales often can enhance value if it used to further a sucessful business plan. You seem to miss this in an attempt to say that all share issuance is a "personal ATM." Again, I am not defending the company and, just so you do not mis-state my comments, I would not recommend that anyone buy until the company clearly states what it is doing in the future with respect to its capital structure. If it is going to continue to issue shares, the company should specifically detail the purpose for the share issuance. Then prospective purchasers or sellers of shares could determine whether or not the shares are being sold, as you claim, for "personal ATM" purposes, or if they are part of a legitimate business plan that would lead to an overal increase in enterprise value. I have no problems with bashers, professional or otherwise. I just would like them to state their cases convincingly and objectively. Statements such as "personal ATM" falls into the MGB category because we don't know the purpose of the share issuance. I believe that the company should provide this, again, so that you do not lie about my posts. Finally, there is a difference AUTHORIZED SHARES and ISSUED & OUTSTANDING shares. An increase in A/S does not necessarily mean that all shares will be issued. Often times, it is required by terms of financing. We've discussed the Cornell financing which apparently was the source of much of the prior dilution. The company should clearly state the status and whether or not this financing continues to impact the capital structure. Let's be precise and objective and not just throw around terms such as "personal ATM" in our attempts to bash a stock. IMO one line personal quips are just as bad whether they are bearish or bullish. "to the moon tomorrow" is the flip side of "total scam" "personal ATM" and the like.
