You suggest I should have my own message board. I prefer to post here in accordance with this website's TOU. However, it seems that you are missing the point and making up YOUR own rules. I am merely being precise and specific and objective. An increase in AUTHORIZED SHARES is a legal mechanism so that shares CAN be issued. You seem to indicate that it is proof that shares are actually issued. I suggest, quite respectfully, that you should state that it is your opinion that these shares will be issued in the future and that this issuance will be for personal reasons and not in accordance with any legitimate business purpose. I'm not trying to tell you what to say but merely trying to help you in your bashing career. I would have no problem with your opinion as expressed in the next previous paragraph herewith. However, despite your disclaimer, it does look as if you are stating that the mere AUTHORIZING of shares is the same as ACTUALLY ISSUING shares. This could be quite misleading to other readers, including those deciding whether to buy, sell or hold this particular stock.
