You are back tracking and weaseling. I'm not calling you a weasel. Are you saying that posting an opinion on a stock is "stock promoting?" If so, are you saying that this is somehow illegal, immoral or unethical? Should it be banned? Remember, you suggested that I make up my own rules for MB posting. If you answer affirmatively to the above,then it would appear that message boards would disappear. If posters were somehow not allowed to post their opinions on a stock, why would they bother to post. You, in fact, and despite your disclaimer, post your opinion, by your terms "give advice", and, as I suggested with your mis-use of the term "authorized shares" may be misleading other readers. You also may be misleading other readers by claiming that all issuance of shares is for "personal ATM" purposes. Do you have any proof that this is the case? I do agree with your statement and thank you that "It seems that [I am] doing all the superior talk here . . . . I try lol..
