Despite the fact that most think the Fed is going to cut rates in 2007, there is not one shred of credible evidence which points toward that happening.

I believe if you look at the yield curve you will see an amazing correlation between inverted yield curves and the Fed cutting interest rates.

OTOH there is not one shred of credible evidence right now that suggests the next move is a hike.
