Alright dude. Send all US Citizens (295 MILLION) an invoice for 37 Grand (THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS) and send a monthly invoice to them of interest accrued. If you can pay it off, fine. If you can't pay it off. Put a lien on all home owners for 37 Thousand dollars. Levy people's pay for 37 Thousand. Levy my equipment. Levy my Truck. Levy My car. Levy whatever you want. (I DON'T CARE) If you send an invoice to all US citizens every month with interest accrued on that 37 Thousand dollar debt. Things would change really fast.
