In the 70's it was transmitted by higher wages. Today, american worker doesn't dare to ask for a rise for a fear of his job being offshored to Chindia. Which route is left? YOUR DISCUSSION - NOT MINE. I made the mistake of making a comment and then a suggestion in which you were uninterested. I addressed someone else's comment with the basic overall point and a comparison to Wiemar and then at least one person seemingly virtually had a moralgasm about some imagined error I made. Anything else I could add or comment on would likely continue to be mis-understood or considered worthless - I'm done.
