Actually income of a top small fraction of Americans is skyrocketing. And I am willing to bet that fabulous income increases in Chindia are also confined to a similarly small fraction at the top.

Are you aware of what has happened to incomes in Chindia? Fifteen years ago a CEO type in China would be lucky to make 10K. A friend of mine just took a job at a university -- an entry level position -- for 75k. Perhaps you need to look around a little more carefully before pulling out all your hair in search of the obvious. And what is obvious is that incomes are skyrocketing, only not in the US.


You could always stop making assumptions about what I know and don't know too... but I suspect that's too much to ask.
