Bart -- I asked if you are aware of skyrocketing incomes -- you have been asking about the demand side of the economy and I was trying to respond. It was not meant as an attack -- it was meant as another point of view. It certainly wasn't all guns blazing like the WG-dork but "Perhaps you need to look around a little more carefully before pulling out all your hair in search of the obvious." sure doesn't seem like just another point of view, especially considering prior exchanges and my avowed and expressed opinions. But moving on is best at this time.
