It announced in Oct. that it was selling its mortgage banking business to Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage Corp. & according to a follow-up announcement the deal is still on track.<g>

They are expected to raise around $26M & the expected 64% dividend is still possible.<g>

Bernard .. I've loaded the Lists .. but they are not updated yet .. so far I've pulled the NYSE NAZ and AMEX .. and filtered it down to 0 to 12 in price .. that's more or less My PBR. ;)

I'll poke some of your FA Criteria on them and see what I get.
